Sensible Care is an aged care provider. They needed to be found by families researching home care, not only people who already knew the name.
Aged care is a crowded, high-stakes search space. Sensible Care needed to rank for the questions families ask about Support at Home and home care packages.
We built and optimised content around the real questions families search, like what Support at Home covers and what an aged care package can pay for, and kept refining it each month.
In seven months, organic clicks grew from about 620 to over 1,500 a month, and impressions more than tripled to over 250,000. The growth is still going, and more of it each month comes from non-branded searches, which means new families find Sensible Care through the answers we publish.
